1. Agreement
By accessing or using HTML Generator at htmlgenerator.chakrakali.com (the "Service"), operated by Chakra ("we", "us"),
you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account.
Keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. The Service
HTML Generator provides an AI-powered tool that turns your topic or notes into a polished, animated HTML presentation. Free, pre-generated example outputs are available without an
account. Running your own custom inputs may require sign-in and may be subject to usage credits or a paid
subscription (see the Payment & Refund Policy). We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful
content; (c) attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its
infrastructure; (d) use the Service to generate content that is illegal, deceptive, or abusive; (e) resell or
redistribute the Service except as expressly permitted.
5. Your content & AI output
You retain ownership of the inputs you submit ("Input"). Subject to these Terms and applicable law, we assign
to you our rights, if any, in the generated output for your Input ("Output"). You are responsible for your use
of Output and for ensuring you have the rights to your Input. AI-generated Output may be inaccurate or
incomplete — review it before relying on it. You grant us a limited license to process your Input solely to
operate and improve the Service, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
5a. Hosting & retention of generated presentations
Generated presentations are published to a shareable link (on decks.chakrakali.com) as a convenience.
Hosted presentations are retained for 14 days from their last generation or edit, after which they are
automatically and permanently deleted along with their link. Download or copy anything you want to keep
before it expires. If you would like a presentation hosted permanently — including on your own custom domain —
contact us to arrange dedicated hosting. We may remove hosted
content earlier where required by law or by Section 4 (Acceptable use).
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Chakra and its licensors and is
protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights in our marks or software except the limited right to use the
Service.
7. Subscriptions & credits
Paid plans and credit packs are billed as described at checkout and in the Payment & Refund Policy, which is
incorporated by reference. Prices may change prospectively; we will give reasonable notice of increases.
8. Third-party services
The Service may integrate third-party services (e.g., payment processing). Their terms govern your use of
those services and we are not responsible for them.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant
that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Output will be accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Chakra WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT
EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Chakra harmless from claims arising out of your Input, your use of the
Service, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop
using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted at htmlgenerator.chakrakali.com with an updated effective date. Your
continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes
will be resolved in the courts located in India, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
