1. Overview
This policy explains how billing works for HTML Generator at htmlgenerator.chakrakali.com, operated by Chakra. Payments are
processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
2. Free access
Pre-generated example outputs are free, require no account, and have no usage limit. You only pay when you run
your own custom inputs beyond any included allowance.
3. Subscriptions & credits
HTML Generator is offered as a subscription and/or credit-based model:
- Subscription: recurring access billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout. It renews
automatically until cancelled.
- Credits: prepaid packs consumed per custom run. Credits are applied to your account on purchase.
Current prices are shown at checkout and on the pricing page. Prices may change prospectively with notice; the
price you were charged for a billing period will not change mid-period.
4. Billing & renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price using your payment method on file. We may attempt
to recharge a failed payment. You authorize these recurring charges until you cancel.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you
keep access until the end of the current paid period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods
except where required by law.
6. Refunds
- Subscriptions: if you are dissatisfied, contact [email protected] within 14 days of
the initial charge and we will review your request in good faith; refunds are at our reasonable discretion
unless a longer statutory right applies in your jurisdiction.
- Credits: consumed credits are non-refundable. Unused credit packs may be refunded within
14 days of purchase if no credits from that pack have been used.
- Statutory rights: nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under local law
(e.g., EU/UK cooling-off rights).
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first at [email protected] — we can usually resolve it
faster than a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
8. Taxes
Prices may exclude applicable taxes (e.g., VAT/GST), which will be added where required.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted at htmlgenerator.chakrakali.com with a new effective date.
